Critical Difference Consultancy is based at 14 Brussels Road, Battersea, London SW11 2AF. The proprietor is Donal Carroll.

For consumers and subscribers, the following terms apply:

The Critical Difference products for sale are identified in three categories in ‘subscriptions’.

The payment arrangements are identified under ‘payment options’ also in ‘subscriptions’.

Consumer rights are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs).  Critical Difference Consultancy complies with these regulations as well as with other relevant consumer protection legislation.
